ESTY HOUSE guest apartment is the entire second floor of our home. The private guest housefront entrance leads upstairs. When you occupy the ESTY HOUSE apartment, you are the only guests in residence- you can relax and set your own pace while staying within the comfort and privacy of your flat.
The apartment always includes the living room, kitchen, bath, one bedroom (queen bed), and the twin bed sleeping nook. Just add the second bedroom to meet your lodging needs. As always, all amenities are provided. Rates will vary by season, number of bedrooms, number of people, and length of stay.

Standard Rates **
$140-$165* per night full apartment with one bedroom
$750-$850* weekly
$175-$300* per night full apartment with two bedrooms
$1000-$1250* weekly

Stays of three weeks or more require one week deposit
Stays of 30 nights or more, 11% room tax waived

Reservations
• We request a two night minimum stay on most weekends, and weekdays,
during our busy season
• Reservations are secured with one night's deposit
• Deposit confirmed by phone with a credit card MC/visa
• Cancellations: Deposit, less $25 administration fee, will be refunded for
cancellations up until 14 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations
within 14 days of arrival date are fully non-refundable (extended stays
of one week or more require 30 day cancellation notice)
• Balance of bill must be paid upon arrival
• Cash, check, travelers' check, Visa or MasterCard are accepted
Special Event Weekends: Reservations**
Special event weekends are busy, high demand times. Extra effort is given to secure guests' requests and provide excellent accommodations.
• Reservations are secured with a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
Balance must be paid 30 days prior to the arrival date. No refunds.
• A $50 cancellation fee applies to some special event weekends.
• Graduation weekends are a 3 night minimum stay. Reservations are
secured with a 50% nonrefundable deposit at the time of booking.
Balance must be paid 60 days prior to the arrival date. No refunds.

• Check out time is 11am
• Guests respect quiet time after 10pm
• Guest apartment & owners' residence are in the same house
• Additional overnight guests require host/owner notification
• Children over 12 years old welcome
• NO SMOKING in the house or on the property
• Sorry, NO PETS
• Parking is easy "on street" availability in front of the house
There is a dog on the premises. The guest apartment is maintained as a pet-free environment.
